Working with File Space

The "File space" feature helps you share documents with other participants during a meeting. Using "File space" you can create folders in the meeting space and add files to these folders. With "Export" feature you can download the files added to the folder by other participants to your computer.

- To open a file space and share documents:
- On the "Create" menu or on the "Action panel", click "File space".
- On the "File Space" toolbar, click "Add Files" opens the "Select files to import" dialog box.
- Browse to the file location, select a file, and then click "Open" to import the file to the file space.
- In the files space, click the file, and then click "Open" to open the file with its default application.

- With "File Space" toolbar you can use:
- "New File" to add a new file to share.
- "New Folder" to add a new sub folder. To add files to the sub folders, move to the sub folder to make the folder active.
- "Export folder", and then select a folder on your hard disk to save the contents of the shared folder.
- "Parent folder" to move one level up the folder hierarchy.
