Working with Text Editor

The text editor helps you create documents in the meeting space. You can also open existing documents that are saved as RTF or TXT files. The meeting participants can then add text to the file using the text editor during the course of the meeting.
Note: This feature is available only in WorkSpace3D.Opening the Text Editor application window

- To open a text editor application window:
- On the Create menu, click Text editor to open a text editor window.
- On the Text Editor toolbar, select the font type and color.
- The text cursor is aligned with the top left portion of the application window, by default. Type the text you want to add to the editor window.

- With Text Editor toolbar you can use:
- New to open a new text document or an empty text editor.
- Open to open an existing text file.
- Save to save the content on the text editor as a text file.
- Print to print the content in the text editor.
- Cut to delete the selected text from the text editor.
- Copy to copy the selected text from the text editor.
- Paste to add text you copy from a document saved on your hard disk or a web browser.
- Font name list to change the text font.
- Other text formatting options to change the size, color, and alignment of the text in the text editor.
