Common settings Back to top

To select language and view mode:

  1. In "Language" area, click the "Choose your language" list, and then select the language you want.
  2. In "3D" area, select "Disable 3D" to use the client in 2D only mode, click again to clear selection.
  3. All the applications in the workspace can be used in both 3D and 2D view. However, if the 3D view is disabled while configuring the Communication Client, then you can join the meeting only in a 2D view. We suggest you use 2D view if your computer has a lower configuration or you do not have the required graphics components installed.

When the 3D view is enabled, the meeting starts in a 3D view, by default. You can switch between the 3D and 2D views anytime throughout the meeting. 2D views are more useful when you are using the various available applications such as the Text Editor or White board. 3D view is better fit to see other participants' actions, and get a feeling of a meeting room. To switch between the views during a meeting:

    1. On the top-right corner, click "2D view" to switch to 2D view.
    2. On the top-right corner, click "3D view" to switch back to the 3D view.
  4. In "Common" area, select "Run on Windows startup" to start automatically the software when Windows starts.
